INQUIRE

You will first need to share as much detail as possible about your event here.  Once your inquiry is received, we will respond via email with availability and a quote.  Though we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we are a small team, and receive inquiries daily. Please allow 24 to 72 hours to receive a response.  End of the week/weekends are our busiest.  Quotes requested Thursday-Saturday may receive a response the following Monday.

Please take a moment to read through our website prior to inquiry.  Our website is a great resource for learning more about us and our services.  Please keep in mind, we are a small team, so understanding our pricing structure and services prior to inquiry is super helpful.  It's encouraged to review our starting service rates to calculate an estimate and get a general idea of what a quote may look like.

RESERVE

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date and time on our calendar.  Availability varies, as we accept all events on a first come first serve bases.  We're often reserved up to 1 year in advance however, we may have space and time available to accommodate last minute requests.  Due to the nature of our services, we typically need at least one week (7-days) to properly prepare.

PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

What everyone refers to as "the fun part!"  Once reserved, we may begin planning your bar.  

 

This time will vary based on your event date and service needs.  Whether you know exactly what you want, or you have zero idea and need some hand holding, we'll work with you to create a custom bar menu fit for your occasion.  We have a full list of very exciting and tasty seasonal craft cocktail options for you to choose from. Upon booking, you will gain access to our craft menu, choosing any three you would like to complement your occasion. We will also serve any beer, and wine you make available, plus simple cocktails like vodka/soda.

A detailed shopping checklist will be provided to make stocking your event bar simple, but if you prefer for us to manage your alcohol shopping, see ADD-ONS for more details. If your event takes place in the following season, (for example, you reserve your holiday party in spring) our menu options will be shared as soon as it becomes available. Also included are party bar planning checklists, and other details as we work together to properly prepare for your event.

Planning and menu development is a big part of what we do.  Though it will vary based on the details of your event, planning and development take time. Alcohol suggestions, quantities and other event bar planning details will not be provided prior to booking.

LET'S PARTY

Responsibly of course!  We will arrive at your venue as early as necessary to set-up your bar area.  Arrival and set-up hours will depend on your event details.  The more guests you have, the longer it will take to set-up.  The more options you have, the longer it may take to set-up.  We will communicate estimated arrival and more during the planning process.  Set-up up does not interfere with bar service hours and are not calculated within the hour rate.

CLOSING TIME

Upon the completion of service, we will ensure a complete and proper clean up.  

This means a spotless and organized clean.
